Home Eligible was founded by Kent Argow, who has worked in consumer finance since 2011. His experience revealed a major gap in the mortgage process: when borrowers do not currently qualify, they are often told what is wrong—but are not given a clear path forward.
Home Eligible identifies the financial obstacles affecting mortgage eligibility and develops a personalized, actionable plan to address them. When appropriate, that plan may include access to personal lending solutions.
We work alongside borrowers and their mortgage lenders with one goal: preparing the borrower to return to the lending process in the strongest possible position for approval.
